In short

Everything on this site is reference information, not legal, financial, or immigration advice. Before making any decision, verify with official sources and a qualified professional.

Reference information only

The materials on this site are provided for general information only. They are not, and do not substitute for, legal, financial, tax, or immigration advice. The ranking and scores are an ordered assessment based on transparent rules (see the methodology), not a prediction of the outcome of your particular case.

No professional relationship

Using this site does not create a lawyer–client relationship, or any other professional relationship, between you and this project.

Accuracy and timeliness

The data is compiled from public and primary sources, but laws, timelines, requirements, and investment programs change — sometimes without notice. Some information may be incomplete or out of date by the time you read it. Each country page shows the date its sources were last checked, and material changes are recorded in the changelog. If you spot an inaccuracy, please get in touch.

No warranty

The information is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use this site at your own risk.

Verify before you act

Before taking any action regarding citizenship, a visa, or residence, confirm the details with the official government sources of the relevant country and consult a qualified lawyer or licensed immigration professional.

This site links to third-party resources for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content.

Analytics and privacy

We use privacy-respecting analytics (PostHog, hosted in the EU) to see which pages are useful. It is cookieless — nothing is stored in your browser — collects no personal data, never identifies users, and IP addresses are anonymised. We respect the “Do Not Track” signal, so there is no cookie banner.

The newsletter and your email

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store only your email address — to send occasional emails about data updates and changes in the law. Subscribing is voluntary, based on your consent: we send a confirmation email and only activate the subscription after you confirm (double opt-in). Addresses are stored with MailerLite, a service with EU-based servers. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in every email; after that we stop sending. We do not sell your address or share it with third parties for marketing.

Independence

This project is not affiliated with any government, agency, or citizenship-by-investment program, and does not sell such programs.
